Privacy Notice

This notice covers the current pre-launch website and waitlist. It will be replaced with a fuller product notice before scholar consultations or user accounts launch.

Information collected

If you join the waitlist, MuftiHub sends your email address, selected reader/scholar type, and submission time to Formspree for delivery. The current form does not intentionally store a copy in browser local storage. Vercel Analytics may collect privacy-oriented, aggregated visit information as described by that provider.

Purpose and retention

Waitlist information is used to send meaningful MuftiHub development and launch updates and to understand whether the person expressed reader or scholar interest. Information should be retained only while the waitlist is active or until deletion is requested, subject to necessary security and legal records.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by hosting, form-delivery, email, security, and analytics providers needed to operate the site. These providers may process data in other countries under their own contractual and legal safeguards. MuftiHub does not claim to sell waitlist email addresses.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from updates, email contact@muftihub.com. Include the email address used to join. Do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.

Children and sensitive questions

The current waitlist is not intended to collect sensitive religious questions, medical information, or information from children. Do not put a personal question in the email field or contact subject.
