Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to the current public learning library and waitlist. Separate product terms will be required before accounts, payments, questions, or consultations launch.
Educational scope
Website content is general education. It is not a personal fatwa, binding legal opinion, medical diagnosis, therapy, emergency service, financial advice, or substitute for an appropriately qualified local professional. Do not delay urgent help because of this site.
No scholar relationship
Reading an article, sending an email, or joining the waitlist does not create a scholar-student, adviser-client, therapist-client, lawyer-client, fiduciary, or confidential consultation relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site to impersonate MuftiHub or a scholar, scrape personal information, attack the service, distribute harmful material, violate rights, or suggest that pre-launch examples are real endorsements or rulings.
Accuracy and availability
MuftiHub aims to correct errors but does not promise that every page is complete, reviewed, current, or suitable for a personal situation. Features may change or be unavailable. Official rules and laws must be checked with the responsible authority.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@muftihub.com. A future version should identify the operating legal entity and governing jurisdiction before commercial launch.
