Safeguarding and Reporting

MuftiHub provides private written questions and free queue-based live chat. You can report concerns about a conversation, public content, or someone falsely claiming to represent MuftiHub.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Suspected crime, threats, blackmail, stalking, exploitation, or any sexual contact involving a minor belongs with the appropriate local authority—not only a website report.

Report a concern

Email contact@muftihub.com with “Safeguarding report” in the subject. Include the URL or account, what happened, dates, and evidence you can safely share. State if you need confidentiality or are worried about retaliation.

Boundaries

A religious title does not excuse pressure for secrecy, money, private images, romantic or sexual contact, threats, isolation from support, or requests unrelated to a legitimate question. Stop contact and preserve evidence when safe.

Pre-launch limitation

Authorized administrators may review or close live-chat sessions for safety, but MuftiHub is not an emergency service. The safeguarding process will continue to add response targets, evidence controls, conflict rules, appeals, suspension, and external escalation as the service develops.
