Safeguarding and Reporting
MuftiHub’s consultation product is not live. You can currently report concerns about the public website or someone falsely claiming to represent MuftiHub.
Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Suspected crime, threats, blackmail, stalking, exploitation, or any sexual contact involving a minor belongs with the appropriate local authority—not only a website report.
Report a concern
Email contact@muftihub.com with “Safeguarding report” in the subject. Include the URL or account, what happened, dates, and evidence you can safely share. State if you need confidentiality or are worried about retaliation.
Boundaries
A religious title does not excuse pressure for secrecy, money, private images, romantic or sexual contact, threats, isolation from support, or requests unrelated to a legitimate question. Stop contact and preserve evidence when safe.
Pre-launch limitation
Because the interactive scholar platform is not live, MuftiHub does not currently mediate private consultations. The full platform policy will need response targets, evidence controls, conflict rules, appeals, suspension, and external escalation before launch.
